Livingston Plant
The 70-acre industrial site with a 210,000 square foot plant building is located near the town of Livingston in Sumter County, Alabama, approximately 30 miles northeast of Meridian, Mississippi.
Livingston is approximately 50 miles southwest of Tuscaloosa, AL; 100 miles southwest of Birmingham, AL and 100 miles east of Jackson, MS. Easily accessible: nearby pipelines of Colonial Pipeline and Plantation Pipeline, on-site rail links, proximity to major interstate highways, approximately 8 miles from barge loading and unloading on the Tombigbee water system. Southeast Tennessee The site is in Cleveland, TN and consists of 83 acres of industrial zoned greenfield. The state, county, and city have combined to offer a multi-million dollar inducement package.
The site will have rail access once a spur is installed and the state, county, and city are working together to upgrade and expand the surrounding roads. The site is within one day's drive of 70% of the U.S. population.
There is a readily available workforce and there are regional and state agencies available to assist with training on any level (including colleges within the University of Tennessee System and Junior Colleges within the Board of Regents System).
The site is equipped to provide ample water, electricity, and natural gas to support a 100 mmgy plant.
Existing infrastructure (offices, maintenance facilities, storage silos, utilities, rail, road, water access, etc.), coupled with the convenient property location, will reduce construction time and time to start-up of production by six to twelve months.
